Fear of flying is often something people who suffers from, are dealing a great deal with in the period up to and during a flight. Very often it just so happens that as soon as you are safe on the ground again, the fear slips in the background, and you do not bother to do anything about it. Until next time…. where it all starts all over again.
This APP is designed for anyone who is nervous about or afraid of flying.
The app is intended as a support and aid for you on a current flight, as part of a work with flight scare, but also as an aid to you in finding yourself in relation to your flight scare.
The way out of fear of flying is by giving the body repeated new good experiences. In doing so, the body and nervous system can create new experiences that it is not so dangerous to fly, and hopefully start to react less violently to this.
It is rarely useful to expose people to their anxiety without understanding it, and to know how to gain something by looking it in the eyes.
I often hear the good advice "you just have to fly many times, then it goes away", but thats not my experience now. I find that it just gives a lot of bad experiences, and maybe even helps to amplify the horror of the aircraft.
Its all about understanding, and being able to regulate
It is about being curious about oneself and thereby getting to know oneself better.
Through understanding, you will create the opportunity to give yourself, if not a good one, then at least a better experience of flying. Then hopefully a lot better, and finally good experiences upstairs. In this way the pattern is reversed.
I have created the App with a broad perspective. Unfortunately, since we as humans do not react the same, I have not been able to create a program that will suit everyone. Therefore, I have tried to cover a little bit of it all, but there will probably be knowledge you may already have or that will not be relevant to you at all.
There will also be techniques and exercises that have no effect on you or make sense to you. However, before cutting them off completely and thinking that it is probably you that they are not working for, just make a small thought as to whether there might be a reason why the exercises are not working for you. For there may sometimes be a hidden escape impulse in that they do not work. When we do not fully relate to what we feel or may want to move on quickly in the program
Use the App on your next flights until you start to feel better. When you start doing that, you have broken your anxious pattern. Remember that the body works 7 times slower than the head, so even if you understand it all with the head, you must have patience with the body. It should come along, but it is a little slower.
The app gives you both here and now assistance on your current flight trip, as well as a lot of flight knowledge. Hopefully, in the future, it may help to reduce or perhaps help you completely with your airframe.

You can choose to follow the entire program - or just choose the stages you need. I recommend following the entire program for the first time, as the files are somewhat interconnected, and this will give you the best overall understanding of the way out of your fear of flying.
I also recommend using the App several times, and also hear some of the audio files at home when you are not in a stressful situation, as sometimes you dont quite get all the details with the first time, and maybe even less if you sit in a airplane and are scared.
